Cooking courses involve learning the basic cooking skills needed to begin a career path in the culinary world. There is a lot of practical work that is required. After all, you will be learning the fundamental skills and techniques needed to enter into the industry. However, you will also be expected to learn theoretical skills – the knowledge behind how and why certain techniques/practices are carried out.
