Chemical and Process Engineering

Chemical Engineering is the study of how large amounts of raw materials can be processed into marketable, more valuable items through the use of chemical, physical and biological processes. Scientists perform background work and complete experiments at the laboratory level and chemical engineers then further this process on a more industrial magnitude taking into consideration elements of economics, safety and sustainability.
