Spring Scholarship for String Players
Value: Up to $1,250
Tenure: Up to two years
This scholarship was established from the bequest by the late Joseph Bernard Spring, who was a violinist associated with performing organisations in Auckland for many years.
This scholarship aims to assist and encourage a promising string player.
Applications are open to full-time performance degree of diploma at the University of Auckland, School of Music, in which the subject of performance is a stringed orchestral instrument.
Scholarship recipients are eligible to apply for the scholarship in the following year.
