Currently we do not have a formal apprenticeship programme in place. This is something we will look at. Every new starter across all sections of our business enjoy a comprehensive induction programme, learning and career development and support to be at their best.

We take on a number of marketing graduates each year through our graduate programme, they rotate around the branding, sponsorship, social media, events and communications teams as part of the programme. There are a range of marketing opportunities here at Vodafone.
