Barrister Sole

Barristers sole work on their own account and give legal advice and appear on behalf of their clients in civil, family and criminal cases in courts and tribunals. Clients are usually referred to a barrister by a practicing solicitor, who differs from a barrister in that they usually do not argue in court.
