Agricultural/Horticultural Scientist

Agricultural/horticultural scientists study farm animals, soils, pastures and crops to improve their yield, health and quality, and to prevent pests and disease. Agricultural scientists study and assess agricultural productivity. They are involved in ensuring all agricultural elements that go into food production are not only productive in nature, but are safe, too.
